Hi Richard,
Just wanted to know if you've fixed the 9-tile output in the latest version.

right now, if i supply a depth map and video, and select 9 tile, theres no output option for generating the finished 9tile video.
(only parallel, interlaced, abovebelow etc)

Thanks
Clyde

Clyde,

There is a new version of the 9-tile support. Drop me an email and I'll send it to you.

Best Regards,

Richard

Hi Richard

Ref: 3D Combine

I enquired By E-mail a while ago if you were going to include a batch process for taking a single 2D image putting it into the left & right eye and Automatic 2D->3D "Make 3D" image from it. I know can be done manually at the moment but it can take a long time if there is a large amount of images to be made into 3D. I would love to be able to click on a folder of 2D images, then a batch Automatic 2D -> 3D "Make 3D" button and return to find the original 2D images all converted and saved as new 3D images in a different folder.

I know there is a Batch .jpg to .jps facility but this does not take the same 2D image into left & right eye and Automatic 2D -> 3D "Make 3D" while converting .jpg images to 3D.jps images. It only puts the same image side by side into a without modifying the right eye image using Automatic 2D -> 3D "Make 3D" facility before converting to .jps format

I hope I have been able to explain it clearly and not got everyone confused.

I know there are other problems (slow etc) on DVD side which others have spoken about but still an excellent product.

Thanks
Johnew

I'd like this mentioned 2d to 3d image batch feature too Richard, you've done a great job with it.

It's been 5 months since my original post. Has anyone heard from Richard Scullion lately as I wandered if he was going to update the present Combine version 4.0.5 to include the 2D -> 3D batch conversion from a single 2D image as discussed in my above post. It would be great to have this facility as my 2D image collection is building and manually converting one image at a time is becoming a real pain.
