I just came across this while browsing:

http://www.shacknews.com/ja.zz?comments=39394

http://www.tgdaily.com/2005/11/03/neurok-3dmonitor/

http://www.neurokoptics.com/

From reading here regularly I am familiar with the principle of two polarized images viewed through polarized glasses.

The details on this are sparse: three layered LCDs; requires dual headed output from nVidia hardware & software; and an additional box with a 'neural network.'

[I put 'neural network' in quotes here because I have studied neurobiology: I read something like this and say to myself "most likely some sort of massivley paralell (SIMDI possibly MIMDI) computational cellular automaton loosely motivated by actual neurobiology."]

"David Chechelashvili, vice president of marketing at Neurok .... [said] .... As technology increases and video cards get faster, all the calculations will be moved from the game adapter to software. "In a couple of months we will not need a game adapter at all - our technology will be incorporated into Nvidia's driver." "
