Hi, I just received e-mail from DAEYANG E&C (makers of Cy-Visor) concerning STEREO version of their promising product. Here is part of it. "Referring Stereo HMD, it is not available for the time being. We are developing the Stereo HMD now. once the market mature and big enough, we will release the Stereo HMD. So we would like to recommend you to evaluate our Cyber-Visor, DH-4400VP. The most execllent feature of DH-4400VP is availability to VGA/SVGA/NTSC/PAL/SVHS input and compatitive price in spite of SVGA High resolution compared with other company's products. " So i think is our time to do something and start spread the word, because there is huge amount of people who don't know that there might be future for HMD and VR. Many just remember those first VR helmets for consumer that have very bad quality. Every gaming board has to know about these new HMD systems, there is always peoples who like to spend "some" money for their hobby. Yet there seems to be now 800*600 STEREO HMD for consumer market, but when there is no market there is no product. Wait for august, thats when I-O Display Systmes releases there 800x600 stereo HMD for $1099.00. Read the I-Glasses 3D post on this same board for more info. Regards, Smokey | ||
