3DCombine version 2.5.2 beta has just been released. The new version supports fullscreen and windowed 3d video playback with OpenGL stereo and coloured glasses (with realtime conversion) and fullscreen 3d video playback with sync-doubling. There are also new interlacing routines which provide 40x faster creation and decoding of interlaced images.

Does it support DV codecs? I have had to convert my video to uncompressed in order to use the software.

It uses Video for Windows (not Directshow) for decoding so if your codecs support that (and most do) then it should work fine. That said you're the second person to report a problem with a DV codec. I recommend DivX (www.divx.com) for video storage.
