Not sure if it's the software or something I'm doing wrong, but I have the Sensio 3D version of Jaws 3D, and the aspect ratio is off (image is squeezed horizontally)...you can tell with the openning "universal" logo--the planet looks like an egg instead of round...anyone else have this problem? Is there some setting I can change to fix this? |

Hi Rrrob: I just got my copy of the Sensio 3D version of Jaws 3D, and noticed the same problem when opening the movie with Peter Wimmer's Stereoscopic Player. The problem is that Wimmer's player opens unknown (that is, never played) DVDs with a default aspect ratio of 4:3. To correct this, open the movie in Wimmer's player, then click through "File" > Video Properties..." > "Setup" tab > "Aspect Ratio", and then change the aspect ratio setting from "Default, Half Width" to the "16:9" option. Once you do this, this formatting information should be saved in the player's "Video Library" file, so each time you reopen the movie, it will automatically display in its correct aspect ratio. |
