Just started playing with the 1996 i-glasses i got cheap from ebay. The only game i got running with them in stereo 3D is Quake 1.

Does anyone have experience with these? I tried Quake 2 but it didn't work. Tried comanche and did the hack to enable VFX1 stereo, but it doesnt work. madspace always says it doesnt find my tracker (its in com1 and i have win95 drivers installed).

Halflife works just as quake, but it halves the screen. I tried to update to the newest version and the lcd_x was gone...

Can anyone recommend other games to try? of course i want stereo 3D, Quake is cool, but only one game is not enough. I love halflife, i would like to get it working. Any trick to get around the half screen issue.

I have the drivers winx3D, vrcaddy and so on, but i dont know which one to use and how and with what games and what to configure. Any tutorial/tips for the old i-glasses? (I know the new ones work with nvidia stereo driver???).

I tried Terminal velocity with the patch and while on first look it seems to be promising (The typical interlaced picture, yay) it doesnt work as i can see the interlacing on each eye and its not really stereoscopic.

I tried the nvidia drivers, but the newer versions seem to be for Vista only and the older ones dont support my video card( nividia geforce 8600 i think)... =/

winX3D installs fine, but does besides the test button it does not have any options to set the stereoscopic effect. I ran Quake 2 in DirectX, but it didnt do anything stereoscopic.

I ran VRCaddy and tried some games that are listed as compatible, but pressing the insert key did nothing, as well as the hotkeys. is there any trick or is it my gfx card (The geforce)? Any other drivers i can try?
