After getting a lot of information about stereoscopic pcitures/animation from google I'm a bit confused about this technique. I hope one of you guys can tell me more about polarisation. First: I'm creating an animation in Alias Maya and this animation I want to be in stereo using polarisation.

1. using 2 camera's in Maya. Do they have to be parallel all the time or should the aim of both the left and right camera be in the same spot ? The angle will change if the aim changes.

2. How do I manage that objects are comming at you. So, first the rendered object is behind the screen and next it's in front of the screen comming towards you. Is it done with different layers or just combining the two (left and right)rendered images together ?

3. anyone ever heard of depth-cues and knows what they are in this case.

Are there tutorials about making a stereoscopic animation with a 3D app. for polarisation ?
