Hi all, I have a small stereo board camera mounted on a RC car that produces field sequential interlaced video ( odd/even field for left/right images ). This is fine for recording and viewing later on the PC using LCD glasses. I have an old pair of HMD though that accepts Frame sequential video only ( not interlaced field sequential) that I'd like to use to pilot the car in realtime in 3d. How do you turn a field sequential interlaced stream into a frame sequential one ? This is PAL video, not on the PC. The field sequential is easy as I have a small video switcher and a couple of genlocked cameras that produces lovely interlace video, but my HMD doesn't like it. What is the format for Frame sequential ? Do you repeat the left (odd) frame twice and then the right (even) frame twice ? I can't figure out how its done Any help appreciated ! |
