It is possible realtime capturing of 3D stereo video from games (flightsims)? Have tested fraps software, only 2D picture is captured. Any Idea? |

Depending on the game features/options (and the card, and the video drivers, and whether it supports Directshow/OpenGL, and whether it's fullscreen/windowed), you should be able to set the mode to side-by-side (dual screen--as if it were going to 2 projectors for polarized output) and do a standard screen cap, where both screens would be grabbed. It's a "2D" picture, but standard Stereo movie players (P.Wimmer's Stereoscopic Player, Muttyan's Stereo Movie Player and Parallax Player) should be able to correctly interpret side-by-side movies as stereo, and output them accordingly. Have problems, in 3dstereodrivers is possible only dual VGA output (dual screen) mode adjusting. It is possible with NV stereodrivers (77.77) creating of side by side picture on one screen? |
